In recent years, I-Serve has been trying to expand its business throughout the Asia Pacific region. Among the countries that have become business partners are from China, Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia, Philippines, Nepal, Australia, USA, and so forth. In Malaysia, I-serve have been known by a variety of multimedia and technology company that provides direct services to clients. AirAsia Berhad is one of the largest business partner I-Serve. I-Serve alone was given special approval to provide air tickets sold through the kiosk machine in AirAsia Sales Office at the LCCT and KL Central. A lot of ticket sales for the past few years attempted to make I-Serve is authorized to open his own AirAsia counter at a big shopping complex where there are more people coming. Hopefully in a few years I-Serve can thrive in business and a company that was feared in the region.
