1. Kiosk Solutions

I-Serve has experiences in delivering complete off the shelf kiosk solutions and customization of kiosk solutions for sectors such as Retail, Government and Leisure. We supply photo printing kiosks to Kodak Worldwide for world wide deployment. Currently we have our kiosks in China, Singapore, Australia and also U.S.A.  We soon will deploy such kiosk in other countries. We are also supplying self-service kiosk to all educational institutions in Malaysia. Currently, we have deployed more than 100 units of such kiosks that can be found not only in colleges and universities but also in hypermarkets, apartments, condominiums and 24-hour restaurants. In near future, there will be more than 1,000 units of such kiosks as awareness towards self-service kiosk in Malaysia increases. Apart from self-service kiosk, we will also deploy more than 5,000 units manned kiosk within the next three years. We offer a full range of kiosk business solution to customers, from the acquisition of sites until the deployment and maintenance of kiosks. We have a factory that locally manages the production of kiosks.  It gives convenience for us to develop many designs of kiosk in order to provide ease of use and user-friendly features to users. We use high-quality devices and components for kiosk production in order to provide hassle-free maintenance. We liaise with different management levels of all educational institutions, residential committees, and shopping malls management for sites acquisition in order to provide convenient to customers. Our core competence in deploying complete kiosk solutions including: Photo Printing Kiosk Kiosk for photo printings, personalized and invitation cards and calendars. Mobile Contents Download Kiosk We deployed self-service kiosk for Nokia to distribute products such as maps, songs, games and etc. Ticketing Kiosk Kiosk for purchase of airline tickets Prepaid Phone and SIM Cards Kiosk Kiosk for prepayment of prepaid cards and SIM cards dispenser. Payment Kiosk Kiosk for payment of bills such as utility bills, summons and telephone bills.

2. Kiosk Projects

Eastman Kodak International We are working together with Eastman Kodak International on supplying the Kodak Photo Printing Kiosk to Kodak worldwide. The kiosks are designed to accept payment by cash and other methods such as ATM cards. There will be 200 units of deployment of such kiosks in Malaysia. Nokia (M) Sdn Bhd Working together with Nokia to provide mobile contents download kiosk such as Java and Flash Games, animation, themes & wallpapers, ring tones and Multi-Players Games & RPG Games and maps. The market is preliminary worldwide with a deployment in Malaysia as the first phase. DiGi Telecommunications Sdn Bhd Provide prepaid reload services for DiGi Prepaid and DiGi Chatz via Mobile Gen-I Kiosk throughout Malaysia. Happy Develop Prepaid Reload Kiosk and SIM Card Dispenser Kiosk for DiGi-Happy. Maxis Communications Berhad Provide Prepaid Reload Kiosk for Hotlink. The kiosks enable the users to settle payment via cash or ATM cards. We are working with Maxis to possibly providing them a bill payment kiosk. Mobile Gen-I Kiosk 3-in-1 Mobile Gen-I Kiosk (Photo Printing, Prepaid Reloads, and Mobile Contents Download) have been deployed all over universities and colleges in Malaysia. We are expanding our reach into condominiums, apartments, government buildings and commercial buildings. In near future, we are to have more than 500 units of such kiosk to cater public and market needs. Payment Kiosk We are developing payment kiosks for all telcos and utilities companies in order to provide ease of use and convenience to public, and minimizing the use of manpower while maximizing the profits. The kiosk will be able to accept payment by cash or ATM cards. Air Asia Berhad Provide cash and credit card payments for air ticketing at Air Asia sale offices. Shell Malaysia Trading Sdn Bhd Provide bill payments and Air Asia ticketing services using self-service kiosk at their convenient shop. Pos Malaysia Berhad Provide self-service Kiosk for POS Malaysia to accept payment for utilities bills via cash.

3. Software Solutions

We have a software team that comes from various disciplines and expertise. With our software team, we are able to apply today’s technology into our solutions. We also liaise with a well-known and established software company in Malaysia which is the TechnoDex Berhad for software application solutions. Thus, we offer customers with a complete range of software solutions such as payment transaction system, inventory management system, prepayment system, web application and business intelligence tools. Payment Transaction System Payment system for kiosk solution that enables to process payment using different countries bill notes, credit cards, debit cards, ATM cards and coins. Inventory Management System Inventory system for warehouse use. It carries a massive number of inventories that requires close monitoring to maintain profit margin and best-selling products. Prepayment System It is for campus prepayment system. Make use of student’s card for daily use to purchase food in campus’s cafeteria or to use photocopy machine facility in library. Web Application Provides integrated web application for management of human resource matters, employee self-serviced leave application etc. The modules worked integrally for data exchange and sharing.

As MyKad APDU legal owner, we are the biggest manufacturer and distributors of MyKad Key Ring Reader with thousands of retailers nationwide. We also supplied thousands of MyKad readers to government agency. 6. Smart Card Projects

1. Jabatan Pendaftaran Negara Malaysia Supplied MyKad Key Ring Reader to JPNM for use of enforcement department. The readers are able to verify the originality of MyKad by retrieving MyKad’s information such as nationality, name, religion and etc. 2. Eastman Kodak International We work with Eastman Kodak International on supplying the Kodak Picture Kiosk Card, prepaid card to Kodak outlets worldwide. The card is an alternative payment tool for printing pictures at Kodak Photo Printing Kiosk. 3. ePurse Project for MLM companies We involved in ePurse projects for My7 Diamonds Dubai, Gold Best Japan and ebonuslink China. 4. Genting Berhad We provided contact-less staff cards that can are used to record their daily in and out and authentication for control access level.
